All geopolitical, economic, and technological phenomena are governed by Energy, Compute, Capital, and Sovereignty. These four forces interact continuously to produce Geopolitical Power — the ability to shape outcomes at civilizational scale.

Five principles: every force is both input and output; forces have contextual priority (Compute dominates the AI era); interactions produce non-linear effects; the system has memory; the system never reaches equilibrium.

The four-force model is the root ontology. Every entity, signal, and concept must be classified within this framework. This is the highest authority in the TFI knowledge hierarchy.

Every concept follows a fixed 19-field schema: Name, Definition, Purpose, Mechanism, Operating Rules, Related Forces, Related Concepts, Founder Thesis, Case Studies, Signals, Anti-patterns, Failure Modes, Confidence, Research Status, and more. No field is optional.

7. Infrastructure does not evolve randomly. It evolves in a fixed sequence.

10. Capital follows strategic capacity before it follows growth.
11. Power is an emergent property of coordinated systems, not isolated assets.
12. Physical constraints shape digital power.

TFI is organized by the role of knowledge, not by document type. Five tiers: Constitution (immutable rules) → Operating Systems (how we work) → Knowledge Systems (what we know) → Applications (what we build) → Workspace (what we discover).
